I think I may fashion the other legendary trinkets before I go looking to make another weapon, though. Right now I'm leaning towards Greatsword, but I need to look a bit more into how the Aurene weapons are fashioned. This is just me talking, but if I were going to make another weapon (and I might, since I have that "Return To." token for an Aurene weapon) then I would probably try to make one that most characters on my account would be able to use (for example, all but two professions can make use of my Bifrost legendary). But its effects when drawn just add a whole new level of magnificence The blue and radiating light enhances the protective area of the shield and the blue turning pages of the book make this legendary feel alive. I do see the appeal of them at last, especially now that ANet has finally come out with the Legendary Armory all you have to do is make one legendary, and every character gets a copy of that one across all of their equipment builds, and changing stats and infusions is as simple as clicking "Customize". The whole design of the base shield is extremely detailed and intricate. Xiuquatl is the other contender for the throne of best of the rest, again omg gen2 footprints why, but other than that everything about it is fantastic, animations, effect, skin, bonus pet.Click to shrink.I only have two legendary items, one from an extremely rare precursor loot drop (the Bifrost) and one from completing the "Return To." achievements (Prismatic Champion's Regalia). Nevermore is a very nice skin which I really like but it has the same gen2 footprint issues and I do struggle to fit it on to many of my transmogs. I think it looks quite nice, I like the footprints and while thematically it fits with my sylvari ranger but that's where it ends so it sees limited use since my guardian and warrior aren't plants. the sword is a window into a skybox or whatever and the way it's set up means that with the angle most people look at their characters from you only ever see the ugliest part of it, which is that dark reddish orange you mostly see, but the blue/light orange sky part of the box makes the sword look much prettier, which unfortunately you'll mostly only see when you angle your camera differently to take screenshots. Eternity is a pretty great sword of course, I like the Sunrise version the most of the two but it kinda suffers from the way the. However, these coveted weapons are worth it as they increase a character's stats. Legendary Weapons such as the Incinerator, Kraitkin, and Sharur can be very time-consuming to craft. My only complaint is that for whatever absolute nonsense reason when they made the gen2 weapons they made the footprints have much shorter durations than the gen 1, so you barely get to see the footprint effects. Whether players enjoy the intricate and detailed PvE aspect of the game or the heart-pounding PvP system, everybody needs the best Guild Wars 2 items. Astralaria is a top contender for the throne of favourite of the non-dreamers for me, it's a beautiful weapon with great effects, love it. I'd much prefer either of the other two swords. it just doesn't look that good - both the skin and the lightning effects are outclassed massively by cash shop/black lion skins, and later legendaries. Out of the rest, of the ones I've made Zap is my least favourite by far and the only one I come close to having regrets over crafting. I know it's a divisive one but it brings me joy, and I've got it on my wall.
